Yannick Prevoteau La Perle des Treilles Champagne

This is the most prestigious Champagne of the outstanding family producer Yannick Prevoteau. Made from the best grapes of the best vines, Yannick Prevoteau La Perle des Treilles Brut is predominantly Pinot Noir with some Chardonnay. Lovely creamy texture in the mouth, rich and full with a very long finish. 

La Perle des Treilles (Pearl of the Trellis) owes its name to the place called "Les Treilles" where our cellar is located. In the past, vines were grown in the gardens, along a wall, on an arbour or a trellis. "La Perle" is a nod to the Chardonnay grape cultivated in this way. 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay, this champagne is produced without malolactic fermentation, which greatly enhances how long it will keep and gives it a certain originality.
