Manzanos Rioja Rosado is a delicious, fresh Garnacha, Tempranillo blend. Strawberry fruit with good weight and a long finish.
Situated on the plains of the River Ebro in the heart of Rioja and now run by the 6th Generation of the Manzanos family, Bodegas Manzanos combines the best traditions of this iconic land with the youthful flair of their young team - Victor and David Fernández de Manzanos and winemaker Borja Ripa.
More recently, the family has built an impressive new winery that sits alongside their 250ha of vineyards - a rare feat in the otherwise fragmented Rioja countryside. With the utmost respect for the land, the vineyards are worked sustainably and the winery itself was built to minimise the visual impact on the land.
The family cultivates the traditional varietals of Rioja - Tempranillo, Garnacha, Graciano, Mazuelo and Viura - and craft wines with a real sense of place and authenticity. From the heart of Rioja, Manzanos wines are modern interpretations of this classic DOCa and fantastic examples of modern Rioja.
